This type of coaching is for students who have an existing ADHD diagnosis, suspect ADHD, or struggle with executive functioning. Many students struggle with the 'how' when it comes to school or everyday tasks: how to start, organize, stay on task, and finish work or assignments. When there is a lack of clarity or the tools to manage their workload, it can be frustrating for both them and their families. Coaching is intended to lay the foundation for how to get these things done with less stress and more confidence.

The hourly rate of this service is $200.00. For post-secondary students, we offer a reduced hourly rate of $180.00 for this service.

If you are still in the exploration stage of ADHD or Executive Functioning Coaching, we can book a 15-minute consultation with the coach to see if this service would be a good fit for your needs. When you are ready to begin coaching, you will be booked into a 1-hour session with the coach. Subsequent sessions can be scheduled as they are needed.

This service focuses on academic and curriculum-based supports. During your session, the Coach will work with you to develop personalized goals. These can look like some of the following: Identifying and then prioritizing the items that matter most to you, Creating realistic daily schedules to support studying and work completion, Develop study strategies that support you and the curriculum you are studying, Building systems and habits to stay organized long-term, Developing positive self-talk and a stronger mindset around school, work, or everyday living. Once the goals are set, you will spend time building the relevant strategies and skills. You will gain better understandings of yourself, your learning style and capabilities.
